Events. Dork Jam

Event. Dork Jam: It's Friday night and I'm packing my records, I'm about to hop over to Low Bar when I get a call from Taj. "James, every college student in Philly is heading over to NYC, all the trains are sold out." I was disappointed, but I wasn't freaking out. When I got to Low Bar and found out that the house was already packed at 8pm, I got a tad nervous. Luckily our homey Al held us down with a funky two hour set. I got super amped when he played Situation by Yazoo. I followed with a rock-infused Native Tounges set with a little MF Doom and Heavy D thrown in for good measure. Funkdigi held down the Mariano Rivera spot sealing the victory with Serato. Friday was a lot of fun and a huge success.
Well our next Dork Jam is going to be special. It is going to be Dork's first birthday! We are going to do it big. Okay not as big as Rev Run's daughter Angela, but big nonetheless. Taj will definetly be in the house for this one. I don't care if we have to fly him in by helicopter. Look out for more info soon.

It's Dork shit, baby, Dork shit/N***a, it's James Jones...
Friday was a good look, as always. Taj wasn't there, and that was a negative, although he probably would have made us listen to that Adam Levine hip-hop lullaby since dude is all about Late Registration.
Yeah, I got jokes...
