Queue-Worthy. Rock School

Queue-Worthy. Rock School: Paul Green is the "uberlord" and founder of the eponymous Paul Green School of Rock Music. This afterschool program teaches Philadelphia kids between the ages of 9-17, the how-to's of rock and roll (If that is not proof that Philly is way cooler than NY - I don't know what is). Paul Green and his students were filmed for 9 months, then some editor chopped up the footage, and out popped Rock School. A most awesome documentary.

Green is an intense guy. He pushes the kids hard, saying things like "if you mess up once I'll punch your face." He doesn't hestitate to tell the kids when they suck and he yells a lot. The kids seem cool with it. They're usually laughing at him. The DVD was just released and it is definitely worth checking out. [Rock School]
