Gadgets. Sony's Bean

Gadgets. Sony's Bean: This is one funky looking gadget. The Sony Bean is a semi-decent competitor to the Shuffle. For the sake of balance, we felt it would only be fair to give the Bean some shine, since we usually obsess about Apple products.

The Bean is a 512 MB mp3 player with a built in FM tuner, built in USB connector and 1 line electroluminescence display. Pretty cool, considering it only cost $119 bukaroos. Another really cool function is that it has a Super Quick Battery charge (3 minute charge = 3 hours of playback), with the ability to charge up to 50 hours of playback life in total. If you're in the market for an entry level mp3 player, this is a nice alternative to the Apple Shuffle.
