Art & Design. Tyger: The Wooster Collective always hips us to cutting edge art. Whether it's on a wall or floating in a river, artists are diving into whatever medium necessary to communicate their expressions. Tyger, a short film by Guilherme Marcondes, is brilliant.
Every year, Cultura Inglesa (an educational branch of the British Council in Brazil) funds a few cultural projects for their festival. This project was one of the three selected for 2006's edition. The only request was that the work should reference british culture. Guilherme chose William Blake's poem "The Tyger" as a starting point.
