Gadgets. iClod the iPod Killer?
Gadgets. iClod the iPod Killer? It appears there's another war of the gadgets brewing. Lately the internets have been swarmed with talk about Microsoft's mysterious ipod killer - aka the Zune. Their fully integrated, portable media player and online store is predicted to be a formidable opponent to the Apple Empire. We'll see. Wired has a nice piece about some of Zune's upcoming challenges.
Here are a few words from the article. "Prior to Friday's announcement, some were calling the new device the "mPod" (Microsoft + iPod) killer. But given Microsoft's typically tone deaf approach to usability and Apple's market lead it will be a miracle if its next nickname isn't the "iClod" (iPod + clone + awful)."
