Film. I Want Someone to Eat Cheese With

Film. I Want Someone to Eat Cheese With: There's a reason why single guys pay higher insurance premiums: going it alone is hard. Worse, pity has never eased the pain of loneliness (I apologize if this reads like a big downer - I'm listening to Radiohead). Finding the right person is hard enough, but try being an overweight, unemployed actor, who lives with his mother - a Sisyphean task if ever there was one.

I guess it's true then, that great comedy comes from great pain, because Jeff Garlin's I Want Someone To Eat Cheese With is, at times, a great comedy. The film's protagonist doesn't want much: someone to love him, a great part, and to lose weight. Watching him try (pathetically) to get these things is where the comedy lies. The movie isn't perfect, the third act dragged on a bit, but when it works, it is hilarious.

We recommend I Want Someone To Eat Cheese With [Trailer]
